Municipal Court

The Jerome Municipal Court is committed to professionally serving the citizens of Jerome by administering justice in a fair and efficient manner to enhance community trust and confidence in our court system. 

The Jerome Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the Town of Jerome government. The Court has jurisdiction over civil traffic, criminal traffic and criminal misdemeanor offenses and violations of our Town Code and ordinances. Additionally, the Judge has the authority to issue arrest and search warrants, orders of protection and injunctions against harassment.

The Presiding Judge, Honorable Joan Dwyer, has a Judge's Assistant/Court Clerk to provide administrative functions of the court. The Jerome Municipal Court and its staff are committed to providing professional and efficient service to the community in the administration of justice.

Payments may be made in person, online or by mail. Payments may be made by cash (in person only, exact change required), cashier's check, money order, or debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). 

For credit card payments, a 5% service fee will be added to your fine to cover the costs of all credit card payments. You will see your full charge amount prior to submitting payment.

CAUTION! If you are under the age of 18, you MUST appear with a parent or legal guardian on your indicated court date.
