CONCRETE WORK

Removal of concrete roof, 21’ x 13’ x 6 in deep.  The roof has been compromised and is deemed dangerous and will need extra attention.  The roof is setting on existing historic rock walls that the Town of Jerome wishes to save. 

Replace 51’ of bond beam that measures 20” tall x 12” wide.

Back-fill existing walls and the bond beam area with ABC, approximately 40 tons of material will be needed.  The backfill area is approximately 10’ above grade.  The area to be backfilled is approximately 31’ x 12’ x 2’. 

Form and replace the roof and slab that will cover the ABC filled area that measures approximately 51’ x 13’ x 6” with turndowns on the outer edges where the roof meets the existing rock wall. 

Bids should include all materials, labor, equipment and any applicable tax.
