Financial Policies

• A receipt may be issued upon request at the time a payment is made.
  
  
• An overpayment amount of $30 or less will be non-refundable. If an overpayment of $30 or more is made, it will be refunded to the payor.
  
  
• A $40.00 fee will be charged for all non-sufficient fund checks.
  
  
• Failure to make payment may result in the following :
  • A warrant for your arrest may be issued.
  • A hold being placed on your registration by MVD .
  • Your case may be referred to the state collection agency, at such time additional fees may be incurred, and your state taxes may be intercepted.
