Verde Valley Transportation Plan seeks your input

NEWS FROM THE NORTHERN ARIZONA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS:
The Verde Valley Master Transportation Plan (VVMTP) is getting an update. Building on the 2016 plan, this new version focuses on making it safer and more efficient for people to travel within, to, and from the Verde Valley—no matter how they get around. Whether you drive, bike, walk, or take transit, the VVMTP looks ahead 25 to 30 years to create a transportation system that works for everyone.
The plan will outline key projects and programs for all types of travel and make sure they align with the region’s unique needs and vision for the future. It will also include a Supplemental Safety Action Plan (SSAP) to help guide how we design and build future transportation infrastructure across the region.
