Adopted Ordinances Not Yet Codified

Below are ordinances which have recently been adopted by the Town Council, and which amend the Town Code or Zoning Ordinance, but which have not yet been incorporated into those online documents. Ordinances will be codified following their effective date. 

Ordinance 473:  AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF JEROME, YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE JEROME TOWN CODE AND JEROME SUBDIVISION CODE TO REMOVE REFERENCES TO FEES CHARGED BY THE TOWN, WHICH WILL HENCEFORTH BE SET BY RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL

Ordinance 474:  AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF JEROME, YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING SECTIONS 201, 502, 503, 504 AND 505 OF THE JEROME ZONING ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH BEEKEEPING AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN ALL ZONES, AND TO PROMULGATE REGULATIONS REGARDING SAME
